When you arrive, we’ll start with a quick tour of the facility so you can see where training happens and get a feel for the environment.
From there, you’ll sit down with a coach to talk through your goals, experience, and any questions you may have, including:
After your intro session, we’ll recommend the best training path based on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Whether you move forward or not, you’ll leave with clarity, direction, and actionable guidance.
